Delivery Issues

If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate and either reship or issue a refund.

Customers must provide accurate address details; incorrect addresses may cause delivery failures.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Customers must raise a return/exchange request via email or WhatsApp with proof (photo/video) of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup where possible.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued as a credit note (store credit) for future purchases and not as a cash refund.

The credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
